As an agent with State Farm Insurance for 35 years, I use SERVPRO of Barberton/Norton frequently because of their excellent work and good customer service. I know they will treat my customers right and the work will be done right the first time.
The girls just left after they finished with packing up everything. They have done a great job and all is ready to go for the moving team. We had mentioned to Tamika that maybe we could wait till Monday for the "Move Out" day and she said she would let the office know. After she left we see there is a large chance of rain on Monday, so Tuesday would be fine with us, please let me know if this will work for you.
I also wanted to let you know how great Tamika was this week. She made this process go smoothly, and was very friendly and helpful. Also, if it wasn't for her experience and knowledge we would have never known about the damage that was done in one of the closets in the basement that is part of our claim. Tamika truly represents the reason we are thankful we chose SERVPRO.

Her Certificate of Satisfaction rated us 10s in all categories. Her answer to question 9. What recommendations would you have to help the SERVPRO Franchise improve its performance in the future? "None! They could not have done a better job. Question 10. Additional comments: All the staff that have been at my house have been thorough and professional. I am well pleased!" We called Kelly at 6:00pm and she had a crew here by 8:00pm. She was here to oversee the job until 1:30am and showed up the next day to check the progress. Very impressed with the work and the service provided by the whole staff that was involved(Buffy, Kris, Derek, Aaron, and Kelly).
Buffy, Kris, and Derek were wonderful. My office flooded and they had the job done in 3 days. They worked quickly and as quietly during business hours to get the job done. Very respectful to our customers and employees. Very impressed. Will definitely use them again.

The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the pleasure we had in dealing with this specific crew, during a very stressful and sad event for us and our family. Deb did a thorough job of explaining everything to us, and answering all of our panic ridden questions. Their respect for us and our relatively new home offered us a sense of comfort that was much needed as this. They worked extremely hard, without complaints and very few breaks. They accomplished these tasks with as little added mess as possible, and were extremely efficient.
We can’t reiterate enough, what relief and hope they extended to us. They are wonderful people, with a deep sense of determination to help others. This is our first emergency of this kind, involving our home, and its consequences. We ask that you recognize this team, particularly Deb and Kris, who allowed us to see “light at the end of the tunnel”. At a very dark time in our lives as a homeowner. We can’t say enough grateful and respectful things about them. Thank you for responding to our sudden needs, with such a great dedicated crew! We hope we will never have a need for your services again. Nut they are always welcome to stop by to say HI, and see our reconstructed basement that we can partially contribute to their heartfelt effort.

I really feel that the team, (Deb, Kris, Derek, Chris), you sent went above and beyond the call of duty, I was led to believe that everything would be good when they left, not only was it good, but the team actually showed real concern for our issues. The crew members, (Derek, Kris, and Chris), could not have been more professional than what I experienced. They explained all procedures in simple terms. They were very neat about their work. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. I was somewhat challenged in my personal knowledge of the problem that occurred at the water damage. They sensed my situation and reactions and were very calm in re-assuring me that I was “In SERVPRO hands”
