Tree Damage
A severe storm cause a tree fell onto the roof of this home. The tree caused roof damage which resulted in water damage to the interior of the residence. The attic and a bedroom were involved. The before photo does not show the extent of the water damage, the ceiling was removed due to a high moisture content within the drywall. The contents were removed from the room and containment was put in place. Once the ceiling fan, ceiling and insulation were removed the hole in the roof was visible from the bedroom. Temporary repairs were made to the roof, the after photos were taken during those temporary repairs being made.
