Water damaged condominium
We received a call regarding water damage to a condominium. We were on site shortly after notification of the water damage loss. A pipe broke causing significant water damage to the condo unit. The condo is a rental so we were able to assist two customers. We mitigated the water damage to the structure for the unit owner. There was significant water damage to the unit as the photos show. We also assisted the tenant with their contents loss including having their piano moved and stored during the restoration process. Both customers were very appreciative of our help with their losses!
